OFFICE MANAGER JOB POSTING Evangelical Lutheran Church of Mt Horeb is seeking an office manager to perform day-to-day administrative activities in the operation of the church and be the first-line contact for congregation members as well as the public. This person should understand the mission of the church (but does not need to be a member), have excellent interpersonal skills and should be proficient in word processing, bookkeeping, data base, web maintenance and working with spreadsheet programs. They should have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and ideally have a minimum of 2 years of office management, administrative support, or secretarial experience, but not required. The position includes PTO days and is somewhat flexible up to 30 hours a week. Pay will be partially determined by experience. Training will be available.
