Please mark your calendars. Council has set a date for Sunday, September 27, 2026, at the beginning of worship at 9:00am to approve the revised Constitution and approve the Call Committee.
Call Committee volunteers are Jeff Hook, Adam Mertz, Sarah Sieg, Vicky Rosenbaum, Amy Kellesvig, Serena Vondra, Gary Hastings, Chris Coffin, and Cheryl Schlesser. Alternates are Andy Mullendore, and Rob Farnsworth. We predict the Call Committee to start meeting early September. If anyone else is interested in being an alternate, please contact dehirsch60@gmail.com.
We’ll make 10 – 12 copies of the Constitution. We’ll put 2 or 3 copies of the Constitution in a binder in the Narthex for members to look through (NOT take home). We’ll schedule a Saturday evening and a couple Sunday morning after service “forums” to go over the changes. We’ll use the screens to avoid making a bunch of copies. (Trying to keep our expenses down.) We’ll get you the dates of the forums once we have them figured out. This notice is to keep you informed of our progress, more information to follow! Thank You.
